This 2-tier Christening cake was ordered by Rose-Marie and Liam for their son’s Christening.  Baby Elliott has a much-loved cuddly toy called “moody cow”, so they wanted the two of them to be on top of the cake, as they are never apart!  So little cutie Elliott is sitting up there with the moody cow and his teddy bear.  There is a tiny toy train snaking around the cake, and some Humpty-Dumpties around the edges too.  Elliott’s name is spelt out on toy building blocks.  There is also a blue and lemon sugar rope twisting around the edge.

The cake itself is chocolate sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache and sugarpaste.  All the little decorations are handmade and completely edible.  Close-up detail of the top of the cake is shown below..
