I made these mini-burgers and chips for Father’s Day.  The burgers are made from chocolate cupcakes and the burger buns are vanilla sponge cupcakes.  The chips are actually toasted madeira cake!  The ketchup and cheese are made from icing.

Very weird eating sweet burgers and chips… tasty though!  These would be ideal for kids’ birthday parties, and even not-so-young kids
