Cake for a musical dog-lover

I made this birthday cake for my very musically-talented sister-in-law, Grushenka.  She adores dogs too, so I put some little paw-prints running around the cake along with hand-painted musical notes on top of the cake.
The cake itself was a 6-inch chocolate biscuit cake, covered with sugarpaste.
