Roses hat Christmas cake

I made this cake for my husband’s birthday.  He has always loved James Bond films, so I thought a 007 cake would be pretty apt! He was thrilled with it, so I was right Â
The cake itself is an 8-inch lemon and ginger cake, covered with sugarpaste.
