This is a short video of the Easter Bunny Cake showing all the detail on the cake. The laughing in the background is my mother who found the manual rotation system quite amusing!

The Easter Bunny cake is a 7″ lemon sponge and filled with lemon buttercream, covered with sugarpaste.  I decorated it with handmade bunnies, carrots, daffodils and a big Easter egg basket.  A very popular cake because of the playful bunnies which I christened “Bugs” and “Easter”.
