Jeanette from Newbridge ordered this cake for her daughter Danielle’s 21st birthday.  Danielle loves the TV programme “Jersey Shore”, and apparently looks quite like Snooki!  So I handmade a little figurine of Snooki with her long black hair, trucker hat, tiny shorts and bikini top.  I handpainted the leopard print design on to the cake with edible gel colours. 

The cake itself was a 9-inch chocolate biscuit cake, covered with chocolate ganache and sugarpaste.
