I made this cake for the second birthday of NV nightclub in Dublin’s Leeson Street.  I covered a 10″ x 12″ chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and black sugarpaste.  I made the NV sign out of blue sugarpaste and handpiped the word “nightclub” with royal icing.  I then finished it off with a zebra print ribbon.
