I made this cake for my mother-in-law’s birthday.  I coloured some sugarpaste a lovely lilac colour, as it is her favourite colour.  I measured the circumference of the cake and then cut out strips of both white and lilac sugarpaste to fit evenly.  The cake is topped off with a lovely handmade bow made from modelling paste.  The [...]
