I spent a wonderful weekend recently taking part in some sugarcraft masterclasses taught by world-renowned sugarcraft artist Carlos Lischetti.  The classes were organised by Gráinne MacClancy of www.acakeforyou.ie.  We learned some great techniques and made gorgeous little models of a baby, a chubby boy, and a child playing in the snow.
