We are busily working away making fruit cakes and chocolate biscuit cakes for Christmas here at Cake My Day.  As fruit cakes need to be baked a few weeks before eating them, please remember to order early!!

I made these mini-burgers and chips for Father’s Day.  The burgers are made from chocolate cupcakes and the burger buns are vanilla sponge cupcakes.  The chips are actually toasted madeira cake!  The ketchup and cheese are made from icing.
